You may return any new, unused, no horse hair blankets. A request for return, RAN - return authorization number must be requested within 15 days of your receiving your package.
A $50 fee plus tax applicable, if there are horse hair on the blankets or if the blankets are dirty due to trying on horses.
A 20% re-stocking fee plus tax applicable.
A 35% re-stocking fee plus tax applicable, If the return is over 20 days.
No returns will be accepted if it is over 25 days.
A 50% re-stocking fee plus tax applicable, if made-up reason were given for return authorization.
All fees will be deducted from the total purchase amount and the difference between the fees and invoice total will be refunded.
RAN - Return Authorization Number must be obtained for returning blankets BEFORE ship out. - see process below. Please provide detailed reason for returning the blankets.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of receiving your package. (Always ask for a tracking number for your return package).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

When you place an order, we usually ship it out within 7 business days via Canada Post.
Please note that it could take up to 14 business days to receive the package if you are located Eastern part of Canada or the States.
